Mantova / Mantua
"O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo?"
"Hello, Juliet - I'm in Mantova" :-)
Yup, when Romeo was banished it was to Mantova (aka Mantua), a UNESCO World Heritage Site in northern Italy that lays claim to being the hometown of Virgil and Monteverdi. And on top of all that it has some beautiful man-made lakes that were made for sunsets. I visited last August and absolutely fell in love with the place.
